Leading corporate clothing supplier Prêt Apparel has chosen XeBusiness as their strategic IT partner to facilitate current and planned growth in its customer base.

XeBusiness will implement its marketing leading business management and management information system, Xe-ERP, within the company to handle the customer relationship management (CRM), sourcing and distribution challenges of dealing with the product requirements of hundreds of customers including four new major accounts with over 29,000 wearers between them.

Prêt Apparel has always focused on customer service encapsulated by accurate, reliable and fast response to client demand and the XeBusiness system will form the back-bone of a continual performance improvement programme within this fast growing corporate wear supplier.

Of particular importance will be the facility within Xe-ERP to effectively deal with the wearer pack requirements of multiple customers fast and accurately. A facility allowing major clients to access key information pertaining to their accounts, contracts and orders on-line via the Internet/www will also be provided by the software.
